These terms and conditions govern your purchase of products from Patios Wholesale (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product information on our website, however there may be some variations between the actual product and what is displayed online. Products may vary slightly in colour, size, or design from what is pictured. We do our best to ensure all details, images, and specifications shown are correct.

Order Placement

By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance or rejection by us. We will confirm all orders via email.

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due before shipment of the product. We accept payment via credit card and direct deposit. All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery

We offer delivery of orders to addresses within New South Wales, Australia. The delivery timeframe and cost will be confirmed at the time of order placement. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 weeks of full payment and receipt of required measurements.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in the case of a warranty claim.

Please triple check all measurements and specifications before placing your order, as custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded based on incorrect sizing or buyer remorse.

Warranty

All of our products come with a 5-year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects when installed according to our instructions. This does not cover normal wear and tear. Please contact us if you need to make a warranty claim.

Liability

We are not liable for any injuries or damages related to improper installation of products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are installed correctly by a qualified professional.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
